Make Sure the APP is able to find the nearby device 4. Make sure the lights are in pairing mode(Long-press press button on the controller to make the green indicator lights flash quickly) 5. Make sure you have a strong signal (recommend taking the lights and your router as close as you can)
• Lights stop working? 1. Make sure the socket works and the power adapter is not loose. 2. Check if the wire is broken. 3. Unscrew the adapter and light string. 4: Align the connectors between the light string and adapter correctly and screw them in tightly. 5. Plug the lights in. If the lights do not work, please try to control the lights with the button on the controller. Note: No remote included.
